Tim is a keen Ironman triathlete and trail runner, who in his younger years, experienced his fair share of sports injuries and understands the impact this has on movement and mental health. He’s passionate about keeping as many people moving without pain and uses sports massage techniques to support a full range of clients and athletes.
Tim is a qualified Sports Massage Therapist (L3), a certified Leader in Running Fitness (England Athletics) and MASCED accredited (to support melanomas and skin cancer early detection).
Tash is an ultra-marathon runner, triathlete & strength & conditioning fanatic. She loves nothing more than to work with a client to achieve their training goals, and has coached runners ranging from couch-to-5k through to first-time marathoners.
Tash is a qualified Personal Trainer (L3) and teacher, with a degree in Sports Science (BSc).
