At Move & Massage, our expert team is dedicated to helping you achieve pain-free movement and improved health through personalised strength training and effective sports massage, focusing on enhancing your mobility recovery.

Meet Our Team

Tim

Tim is a keen Ironman triathlete and trail runner who, in his younger years, experienced his fair share of sports injuries. This personal journey has given him a deep understanding of the impact injuries can have on both mobility recovery and mental health. He’s passionate about helping as many people as possible to stay active and pain-free, utilising sports massage techniques to support a diverse range of clients and athletes.


Tim is a qualified Sports Massage Therapist (L3), a certified Leader in Running Fitness (England Athletics), and MASCED accredited, which enables him to assist in the early detection of melanomas and skin cancer.

Tash

Tash

Tash is an ultra-marathon runner, triathlete & strength & conditioning fanatic. She loves nothing more than to work with a client to achieve their training goals, and has coached runners ranging from couch-to-5k through to first-time marathoners.


Tash is a qualified Personal Trainer (L3) and teacher, with a degree in Sports Science (BSc).
