Our zoom-hosted strength classes run every Friday morning from 06:40-07:15, where you can expect a 35 minute body weight workout. Join every week and get access to a weekly video should you miss a session or want to repeat it, for a direct debit of just £12 per month (that's less than a coffee a week!).
