What we do

At Move & Massage, we offer a range of specialised services designed to help individuals of all ages and abilities move with ease and confidence. We provide strength training and sports massages to support our clients build strength and fitness, whilst ensuring pain-free movement – whether you consider yourself an athlete, a ‘rarely active’ individual, or anywhere in between.

Vital strength at any age

Strength training, at any age, improves muscle strength, posture, mobility, and bone density – all of which are essential for our cardiovascular health, metabolism, immunity, quality of life and longevity.

Personalised strength plans

Public Health England recommends that adults do strength training and balancing exercises twice a week alongside aerobic exercise, however we find that whilst there are many great strength & conditioning training principles, when it comes to practice, one size doesn’t fit all.

Effective training made easy

Knowing what to focus on, how and why can become quickly confusing. We take our knowledge and skills to create plans and deliver 1:1 and group strength training sessions that are simple, targeted and accessible.

Prevent pain proactively

Sports and remedial massages have historically only been used when a range of movement has become restricted or painful. It’s been viewed mainly as the solution to a pain or discomfort that has appeared with little pre-warning. We believe that when coupled with regular movement and strength training, the benefits span much broader and help prevent issues arising in the first place, rather than just helping cure them.
